Triathlon Race Gear Checklist!

It’s always best practice double check that you have all of your Triathlon Gear with you for Race Day.

There are a number of factors which will effect the gear you’ll need/choose and below is a checklist which may help you to remember all those pieces of gear you can’t forget!

 Triathlon Gear Checklist

  • ID for registration
  • Bike
  • Helmet
  • Cycle shoes
  • Sunglasses
  • Cycle Gloves
  • Pump
  • Spare Tubes
  • Water Bottles / energy drink
  • Nutrition
  • Goggles (and a spare)
  •  Swim suit (or Tri Suit)
  • Wet Suit
  • Swim Hat
  • Wet Suit Lubricant
  • Running Shorts (or Tri Suit)
  • Runners
  • Running socks
  • Running and Bike Top / T-shirt Runners (or Tri-Suit)
  • Special needs bag*
  • Heart Rate Monitor / Watch
  • Spare water bottle
  • Warm Clothes to wear after the race
  • A camera for your supporters to use to capture your race
  • A salty or sugary snack top enjoy after your cross the finish line!
