The Joey Hannon Olympic Triathlon will take place on Sunday April 27th 2014.
The race is an Olympic Format Triathlon with a pool swim, meaning participants don’t need to wear a wetsuit. This also means that those who may not be comfortable with open water swimming will be able to race in a more controlled environment.
- Olympic distances: Swim 1,500 Meters, Bike 40 Km, Run 10 Km.
The race takes place in the grounds of the University of Limerick and is suitable for those stepping up to Olympic distance for the first time.The 2014 Joey Hannon Triathlon is a National Series race.
